2. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is officially accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.

• Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from James Charm Sales are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns on:

• Customized or personalized charms (engraved items from “Family and Friends,” “Gemstone and Birthstones,” or “For Him” collections)
• Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship to the address provided (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
