Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping
    Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS
    Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that every charm and piece of jewelry tells a story. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase and the memories it represents. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This allows you ample time to ensure your jewelry is perfect for your collection.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of certain jewelry items, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized charms (such as those from our “Family and Friends,” “Gemstone and Birthstones,” or “For Him” collections that have been specially engraved or altered)
  • Final sale items (these will be clearly marked at time of purchase)

Return Process

Following these simple steps will ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for instructions from our customer service team on where to send your return.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the return to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange for a different item:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process.
  2. Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your email.
  3. If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
  4. If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
