Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship our meaningful jewelry worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. We appreciate your understanding.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve you better:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days. Ideal for time-sensitive gifts.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days. Perfect for building your collection without rush.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
